KC Jobs – Account Manager

THE ROLE

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Account Manager to join our client services team to work across a roster of clients including global brands, music festivals and culture projects. 

You’ll work on campaigns that span PR, events, creative talent and content.

 

IDEAL PERSON

  • Minimum 4 years in communications, ideally with entertainment/culture experience
  • Thrive on being across the latest cultural trends and events
  • Experience working on high-profile brands and dealing with clients on a day-to-day basis 
  • Used to conceiving and implementing plans for a diverse range of projects simultaneously, including developing timelines and budgets
  • Used to working to, and delivering on, KPIs and targets
  • Meticulous eye for detail, able to accurately set and work to deadlines 
  • Take pride in managing and developing teams
  • Clear communicator – able to easily articulate ideas in writing and verbally to clients, colleagues and partners
  • Organised, motivated and results-orientated
  • Positive and proactive attitude – thriving on building and nurturing relationships with range of stakeholders
  • Adaptable multi-tasker
  • Strong contacts across media, creators and influencers with experience flourishing in a media-facing role

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing relationships with clients – overseeing evolving campaigns, managing expectations, positively adapting to unforeseen issues and ensuring successful outcomes on deadline
  • Managing and inspiring the team – overseeing  workflow and supporting junior team members to reach their potential
  • Implementing progressive and dynamic campaigns – from idea to execution
  • Reporting and evaluating work
  • Identifying and jumping on new opportunities for partnerships,  collaborations & new platforms
  • Contributing to creative sessions  and developing ideas for new projects and clients
  • Managing teams at live events
  • Continually building relationships with media contacts across consumer print, broadcast and online
