KC Jobs – Project Manager

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced, culture-savvy Project Manager (or Account Manager) to join our dynamic campaign team this summer. You’ll be working closely with the Account Directors and Directors to plan and deliver music focused festival activations.

The Ideal Person

THE IDEAL PERSON

  • Minimum 6 years experience in event production, project management or brand experiences
  • Experience working on global consumer brands, with a good understanding of how they operate within culture
  • Used to managing live activations, including developing timelines and budgets, advance planning and on site execution
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Budget management experience
  • Clear communicator – able to easily articulate ideas to clients, team and suppliers
  • Fluent in current music, fashion, street culture trends
  • Experience working with talent
  • Organised, motivated and results-orientated with a can-do attitude

Project Manager Role:

As PROJECT MANAGER, you will be;

  • Developing plans and overseeing the delivery of music-focused activations over the summer
  • Liaising with clients, talent and creatives to document + deliver flawless results
  • Talent handling – working with talent management involved in event plans
  • Partnership management – working with a range of creative partners to coordinate content and amplification deliverables 
  • Preparing meticulous activation plans including briefing docs, timelines, call sheets & partner briefs
  • Helping junior team members to support client plans

Details:

Start Date: ASAP! Ideally full time, but can be flexible 

Budget: Dependent on experience
