KC Jobs – Senior Producer (freelance)

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a freelance SENIOR PRODUCER to join our team on a global music platform for an energy drinks brand, coming to life as a four-date, multi-market tour in Summer 2025.  Reporting to the Directors and Account Director, the role is to cover;

  • Project management – managing timelines with multiple markets to deliver flawless shows that meet objectives and budget 
  • Global show production – working with a production studio on the stage and lighting design across the tour
  • Global production toolkit – working with a designer to develop a comprehensive production toolkit for the tour
  • Venue procurement – working with local partners and suppliers to scope and recce venue options for each market, presenting plans to wider team and client ahead of finalising on venues
  • Partner management – Work with local partners and suppliers to create production plans for each event, capturing how global assets to be integrated, along with any locally-specific elements e.g. consumer journey, branding plan and location-based H&S sign-offs and documentation 
  • Supplier management – liaising with third parties and managing multiple stakeholders in each territory 
  • Venue management – liaising with venues on logistics, menu sign off and any equipment procurement 
  • Ticketing partner management – liaising with ticketing partners regarding assets and allocations
  • Live show – on-site during live activations in Summer 2025, liaising with local partners and suppliers to deliver seamless shows

WORKING HOURS

  • Flexible from 3-4 days pw 
  • Minimum 3 months with opportunity to extend til end of 2025
  • Hybrid working with office in Shoreditch 

THE PERSON

Minimum 5 years’ experience in production management and project management, preferably within culture

Organised, motivated and with a positive attitude

A proven record of delivering flawless shows at the highest level, ideally in different markets

Adept at working as a central player in wider team, managing multiple stakeholders
