Develop Beat Hotel x Patron brand partnership through consecutive editions of Ibiza Residency, helping to drive footfall to events and awareness through European communications plan
Leaning on Kingdom Collective’s position as a co-founding partner of the Beat Hotel, and after Glastonbury & Marrakech editions, we devised and executed a 6-month comms plan around the Patron partnership, including the below key activities;
European PR campaign – overseeing earned comms, driving preview coverage, media & influencer attendance and post-event reviews
Liaison with Patron stakeholders and retained agencies to maximise opportunities on and off the island
Partnerships with key media outlets & influencers to highlight individual programming pillars including music, travel, art & food
Broadcast partnerships with Ibiza Sonica and Worldwide FM, streaming across FM, online and social
European press trips – hosting media at events, negotiating feature coverage delivering positive output
Repositioned Beat Hotel as international hospitality/event brand following previous formats as Glastonbury stage and Marrakech festival
Profile features in culture outlets including i-D, Mixmag, Observer, Hunger, Trippin, Ransom Note, DJ Magazine,
